Mission
The mission of the Juilliard School Help Desk is to increase the productivity of College’s staff by providing a single point of contact and responsibility for rapid closure of users’ information technology problems (incidents).Contacting the Help Desk

Hours of Operation
The Help Desk is open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Telephone support is available on Saturdays for those offices that are open. For Server Down and Critical incidents, an IT staff member is on call at all times via pager/cell phone.

What We Support
The IT Department, via the Helpdesk, provides support to the standard desktop applications listed below and limited support to a number of non-standard applications used by subsets of the user population for specific tasks. A number of other users, for reasons of personal preference, use other applications that are considered unsupported.
